In honor of the Chinese New Year holiday, our logistics facility in China will be closed during the pre-sale period. We're currently offering pre-sale discounts of up to 18% on orders. However, please note that your order will be processed and shipped after Mar 2nd, 2026, once the pre-sale period ends.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is your opportunity to purchase specific products while our factory is taking a break. This means that the item is still being crafted when you place your order and won't be immediately available in our warehouse. After completing your checkout, it's essential to confirm that the product is indeed a pre-order. Delivery times for pre-orders may vary.

What are the advantages of pre-ordering?

The benefit of pre-ordering an item is securing the size or product you desire without the risk of it running out of stock as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. Demand for certain items can be high, and they might sell out even before physically arriving in our inventory.

What causes delays, and when do they occur?

Our collection features exclusive products, which necessitates a multi-step manufacturing process. The production process is usually linear, but occasional mistakes can happen. In the rare event of a delay, our Customer Care team will reach out to you as soon as possible.

Can I mix in-stock and pre-order items in one order?

Absolutely! You have a few options:

1. Create two separate orders: one for in-stock items and the other for pre-order items. The in-stock items will be shipped according to our standard shipping times.

2. Place a combined order and wait for the pre-order items to arrive. In this case, we'll hold the entire order until all items are available.

3. Contact our Customer Care team for more information about pre-order products.

Can I cancel a pre-order item?

You can cancel your pre-order. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for specific details on our cancellation policy.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, you can modify your order details (such as colors, sizes, shipping address, or phone number) within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be altered.

When can I expect to receive my pre-order?

Your order will be processed after the pre-sale period ends and will commence shipping after March 2, 2026. If you have any questions, please reach out to us support@mergelighting.com .

Can I amend my order?

Yes! It will be possible to change the sizes of the items included in the order provided availability of the sizes and, of course, before receiving the confirmation email. From this moment on, it won’t be possible to apply modifications. Anyway, modifications are not guaranteed and it won’t be possible to change items included in the order.
